Our initial consultation (video conference, phone, or in person) can take 1-2 hours. We use this time to assess fit, define needs, desired results, and (for businesses only) internal stakeholders for any follow-up assessment.

The coaching relationship requires a platform of trust and personal chemistry. Therefore we highly recommend taking advantage of our FREE 30-minute introductory call to explore fit.

Coaching requires mutual dedication to build trust, connection, clarity and then creation toward your goals and personal evolution. It is a 3-month minimum commitment with a FREE 30-minute introductory call to explore fit.
Deep Dive
2-4 hour deep dive into your business (goals reset, strategy evaluation, work through an obstacle) We will choose an area of focus and use design thinking and brainstorming methods to emerge your plan and roadmap to completion.
Strategy Call
1-hour strategy session on a subject you want counsel on (creative, marketing, product, growth) for guidance and to devise clear ideas and action items on what to do next. Plus, a recording of our call for your reference.
Team Building
1-2 days on/off-site session for a team of 2 to 20 people created specifically for you and your team to connect, align, and meet your needs for your next phase of development / focus. Includes a 2 hour preparation and planning session
